self built computer still not showing image

my self built computer still won't display any image? i have tried to use the on board graphics and the pci graphics? it keeps turning off every now and then and the cpu overheats i think which i can't understand because i have a water cooling system?

atm i have:

Patriot G2 Series 8gb RAM 1333mhz (2x4gb)

Seagate 250gb sata hdd 3.5inch hard drive

Cooltron 3.5" Hard Drive HDD Cooler, Dual Fan

1gb ati radeon hd 3000 on board graphics

MSI GeForce GT 210 1GB Graphics Card Low Profile PCI-Express 2.0x16 589MHz HDMI

AMD FX6-6300 Black Edition Vishera Six Core Processor AM3+ 3.5GHz 14MB 95W

MSI 760GM-P21 FX - MICRO ATX SOCKET AM3+ AMD 760G AND SB710 2 X DDR3 DIMM PCI P

New Mini PCI-E Express to PCI-E Wireless Adapter w/ 3 Antenna WiFi PC Desktop

pulse 650W silent power supply

cool it water cooler

and extra 160gb hard drive i pulled from my old pc

and another 80gb hard drive i pulled from the other old pc

pionteer disk drive

another old disk drive

and a floppy disk drive

no extra fans and an old case. I can't understand why nothing will display on the screen i have the windows 7 disk in the optical drive i think it is the processor being too high spec for the motherboard and that it keeps over heating i think?

Two things: 1. you say that the CPU is overheating. Since you can't boot up, how would you know? It is possible if you didn't put the proper amount of thermal compound between the CPU and the cooler, or perhaps left any kind of protective covering( like a plastic film for example) on the cooler. Have you tried the stock air cooler?
2. I have never heard of a Pulse PSU. If it is not capable of supplying its rated output, it might be the cause of the symptoms you describe. Do you have a known good PSU to test with?
