First build (Recommendation and help would be awesome)

I'm am currently selecting the parts I'm going to buy for my future Gaming PC, The one I currently have is super outdated so I decided to start from scratch.
As this is my first build ever I'm going to make sure that all I have is good and will last.
If you guys could give me tips and recommendations regarding anything I would appreciate it very much.
Here are the parts I picked.
If this is in the wrong section please alert me.
Please do give feedback!
Thank you, Bryan.

More about build recommendation awesome
  1. I will recommend to change RAM, get the 1866MHz.

Maybe the XFX650w for less, but no Modular. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb9
  2. Should I get the Gtx 770 or a SAPPHIRE Vapor-X Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB

No don't change the RAM, just get 2 sticks of 4GBs because then you can dual-channel(This is a lot better for gaming PCs)
