Hey!
I have a PCG-71611W Sony Vaio (bought in Hong Kong) which had Windows 7. Recently it failed to iniciate and I was forced to have it formatted. When the technician returned it to me, it came with no Office and with no Vaio drivers and with Windows 7 Ultimate system. After some time, I was able to install most of the drivers, but not the volume and brightness change ones. I would really appreciate if somebody could help me. I already phoned Vaio support team and they were unable to help, since my pc was bought outside the EU.
