My old PSU had a heart attack recently, so I upgraded to a 1000w. Upon installation, the computer booted and allowed me to interact with peripherals (ie changing keyboard functions), but did not display an image on either of my monitors.
I have checked:
The monitor still functions
I went through the entire guide on this website before posting this thread, so everything that entails.
I tried the unplug and hold power button trick.
Reseated my GPUs.
Any thoughts on what this could be?
My specs : Asus Sabertooth z77, 8gb gskill ram (dual channel), 2 AMD 7970's (a single fan and a double fan model), an intel I7 Ivy bridge processor, overclockable but not overclocked, and a 1000w SSD. Storage and CD drives unlisted as plugging them in or removing them produced no effect.
