Purchased new motherboard, CPU and ram everything is plugged in but when I power up pc it beeps once then when the monitor comes on its on the windows 8 logo and says repairing, 2 seconds after this the monitor goes black and turns off but fans are still working and keyboard and mouse lights are on. If I switch the psu off it continously beeps twice.
