USB ports not working

I have a MSI P67A-C43B3 motherboard, and none of the USB ports are working. I restated the computer and they started again to work. Now I turned it on again and they stopped working that's to include the mouse and keyboard input. I can't really do anything with it cse my input devices are not working. When I turn off the computer and turn it back on and they happen to work, is there something I can look at so this won't happen again?

check all the power connector on the motherboard from the psu give all system specs could be your psu could not handle everything or motherboard is defective .

I think it needed updates on the motherboard. I restarted the computer several times until I got one to work and proceeded to update the bios, so far so good. Thanks again for your response.

check also if there is some driver update hope everything work well and your issue is solve .
