What I mean is, when I'm trying to install more case fans, and then use the computer, the fans aren't running. I double checked to see that it is plugged into the Chassis slot. Do they work when its needed or how come they aren't running?

Don't understand your terminology. Chassis slot ?

1. You mount the fan in the mounting location.

2.a Ya connect the fan to the MoBo header

or

2.b Ya connect the fan to a Molex connector from the PSU.

Sorry, I mean the Chassis Fan Pin slot.

I don't have a molex connector for the fan.

Regardless of whether they are 3-pin or 4-pin fans, they should run when plugged in, and when the computer is on, unless you have previously set parameters by which the fans run and is causing the motherboard to switch them off/not work, something much be up.

Check to make sure there are no obstructions for the fan, and that the fans are plugged in properly. (I have heard tales of people managing to, somehow, plug them in backwards, despite the plastic guide-and-grooves provided.) If you can, try out multiple fans from a fan header; if they don't work, then I would guess the fan header is probably kaput. Major bummer.

Definitely not the fans(I think) nor the fan headers since I tried different fans and headers.

As pointed out before, you could try connecting it straight to the PSU via molex. You won't be able to control the fans, though.

So, you have done a definitive test of all your fans and headers. So we can get a better idea of what may be going on, can you list out which fans work with which headers?

No, I mean that no fans that I connected into any headers worked. Could this be a motherboard problem that I could fix in the BIOS?

Well, somehow or another, you're either going to have to find a way to see if the fans can actually work. I know some people actually jerry-rig a way to give the fans juice straight from the PSU, for testing purposes, but I'm not sure if I would recommend that. See if a buddy will let you test them on his computer. Alternatively, or in addition, see if you can borrow a fan and have it operate from your motherboard.

Plug your fans into the CHA FAN headers being careful to plug them in the right way. Then boot to BIOS and click on the "Monitor" tab.
CHA fan 1,2, &3 should show their speed in RPM. If all you see is N/A, I would return the MB.

i tried other fan headers, and looks like the first one doest work.

So, you're saying 2 out of the 3 headers work? Did you use the same known-good fan to test with?

Yes, and i did use the same fan

Then it appears you have a decision to make. Is it worth returning the MB due to one of the fan headers being defective? Tough call.

If it's a premium board, some manufacturer's will ship the replacement b4 ya have to send the RMA back (i.e Asus WS class and RoG boards)

That's a good board. But I don't think it falls in the "premium" class. Did you buy it from Newegg, Amazon, or one of the big retailers? If you did and it is still under their RMA time limit, order a new one now and RMA that old board back for refund. That way you won't have to wait for turn-around time.

Oh. Well, that may explain the faulty fan header. I don't know what Newegg's RMA policy is on open box purchases. But I doubt they'd send you a 'new' board as a replacement, and they may not have another open box board just like the one you have now. I'd contact them and ask for clarification on your options.

is one fan header worth that much time to return it and etc..?

Being it is an open box purchase, you may be best off just living with it. If that's all that is wrong with the MB, you may be asking for more hassle than it is worth. I'd still contact Newegg and check on my options. You can do that via email if that is easier.
