Slow Boot Times

Hey guys, my issue is slow boot times. It takes my PC over a minute to arrive at the Windows login screen from the moment I hit the power button. (timed using the stopwatch on my iphone)

It was much faster before I added a number of large harddrives. Other than the slow boot times, the machine runs perfectly. My PC functions as a gaming machine and an HTPC.

All drivers are updated, Windows is updated, and I scanned for infections using Malwarebytes and MSSE. All came up clean. I've cleared the cache using Ccleaner. The only services running on startup are:
1. MS Security Client
2. Microsoft Widows OS
3. AMD Hydravision Desktop
4. Groove MonitorUtility
5. Catalyst Control Center

System Specs:
Win7 Pro x64
CPU: i5 3570k
Hyper EVO 212 Cooler
Mobo: MSI Z77A-GD65
8GB RAM
Corsair TX750 Watt PSU
Antec 1200 Case
GPU: Gigabyte 7870 Ghz Ed.
500gb boot drive (2/3 full)
500gb game drive (1/3 full)
2tb local backup (slightly more than 1/2 full)
2tb movie drive (completely full)
2tb movie drive (completely full)

I can't afford an SSD, so that is not an option right now.

Will turning off write caching on the storage drives increase boot time?

Solution
If you're just looking to improve your boot time, disable all the hard drives you don't boot from in the startup options in the bios. Chances are your computer is parsing all the hard drives to find which one it needs to boot from.

I did what you suggested. I only allowed the boot priories to be the c: drive, DVD drive, and a USB drive. Everything else was disabled. This did reduce my boot times by about 7sec. Initially, it was 1min and 2sec. Now its 55sec. So its an improvement. Incidentally, the long wait times are at the black Windows load screen. I don't think I mentioned that before. Thank you P1nnacle for your help!
