Best Graphics Card for under 200$? (Canada only)

Canadian websites only please (I live in Canada) and 200$ before rebate please. ( I will to go up 15 bucks if its worth it).

I'm using a AMD Phenom X4 965 Black edition processor.

I strongly recommend you waiting a week or two, since AMD will be releasing their new series, one card rumoured to be 200$. Also, Nvidia will supposedly reduce pricing on the mid-rang cards within the next week to combat this.

Good time to need a mid-range!

There is an XFX 7950 for $205 but after $30 rebate.
The only one I saw with more performance that was worth the more price.

Johnny_C13 has made a good point, if you can wait a little longer, you can get your hands on a R9 270X Radeon, in the US will go for about $199 (USD), and features 2GB GDDR5.
