hi! its my first time posting here and i hope that you can solve my problem..
here it is, i have a 500 gb external drive that i bought 2 months ago and its properly working until a week ago.. it was suddenly not recognize by my laptop and i also tried connecting it to other laptop but still, it cannot be seen.. the light is properly blinking and i can hear the sound inside..
it can be detected through the safely remove usb storage device but it cannot be detected to my computer.. i have important files in it and i dont mind formatting it i just wanted to recover my files.. without the files, the external is as good as useless to me so please..
