Dunno if this is your card, but the SC series from EVGA is hampered a bit by the stock VRM and PCB..... Gigabyte, Asus and MSI ..... even EVGA on their Classified and FTW series use custom PCBs and beefed up VRMs....these will generally go a bit higher on the OC .... but not all that much. MSI Lightning got to 1277
Most current cards are voltage locked due to the boost feature which adjust parameters automatically in response to load. IIRC, MSI Lightning and EVGA Classified let ya adjust voltages.
i cant get bl2 to go over 60 fps
I have my 4670k clocked at 4.4 and im pretty sure my gpu is the bottleneck right now because the voltage will not go up during full load so its clock rate stays at ~1200 mhz
