Hello Everyone,

I am moving out of my parents place in about a month. Currently, they receive their phone, tv, and internet through the same service provider. The modem/router handles all of the networking as well as digital tv service(Digital TV Receivers use ethernet and are connected to the router). When I move out, I plan on stealing one of my parents DVR's (lol) and use the same ISP(Bell). Instead of paying for both(TV+Internet) maybe I could just pay for internet, I was wondering if there was some way to remotely connect my new Modem/Router to my parents house and connect the "stolen" DVR to my new router to watch tv using their isp connection???. I'll post some diagrams and some pics of the existing hardware below.

What I want to do:

**NOTE this DVR is connected with coax, but there are others around the house that use ethernet***

Id be happy to provide more information if needed, thank-you in advance.

Unless the two houses are close enough for an actual physical wire, no, that will not work. There is no provision for sending the "TV" portion of their signal through 'the cloud'.
