I've spent weeks trying to decide, does AMD or Nvidia produce better graphics cards, but there are so many choices, im also looking at the higher end cards (HD 7990, GTX 690 maybe even GTX titan). So my question is who makes better cards? , i would prefer little setup but don't mind if its worth it.

stat's don't really mean anything though if you look at benchmarks you'll see that the sli 760s beat 690s and 7990s and titans and is more cost efficient
but it's personal preference too if you like going single gpus then get a 780 or if you really want then a 690 or titan but a 780 will kill anything you throw at it

What's your budget? Since you're looking at high-end cards, an HD 7970 would suffice. I prefer AMD's cards for their power and price. Budget conscious people with single monitors need not look further than an HD 7950.

...one HD 7990 vs 2x GTX 780s. Quite the battle. It all comes down on who's most willing to spend x amount of money.

And I guess HD 7990 wins on its own, huh? Your benchmarks show that it does by about 12 fps.

If you are planning to game on all 3 monitors, like a tri-screen huge resolution set up, then I think you'd be limited by the 3GB. In that case I'd go with the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121724 (Titan 6GB). Currently it's the most powerful single card, until maybe the R9 290X comes out.
However if you plan of having 3 screens for the coolness of 3 screens, but only running the game on one monitor then the GTX 780 is the beast for you.

They say in some instances (the official benchmarks and stuff havent been released yet) that it does. I believe there is one chart currently out that shows it beating the Titan, yes.
It's probably for the best that you wait for the R9 290X.. it's also cheaper!
