BF4 Super Laggy

So my fps in bf4 is terrible. like 5-20 and almost never going to 30. Changing settings doesn't help. I've downloaded the beta drivers and that didnt work. I played bf3 at high/ultra fine. This is my pc: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/WhyYouAbject/saved/2vC0

I've heard of people having problems with 660s. Your best bet is to turn down the quality. If you still get 5 - 20 FPS on medium or low, then we can look at other options.

I have turned it down that far. So its not my pc not being able to handle the game?

You have to remember that the game is in beta, and it's not a guarantee that it will work well for everyone. You can do the standard things like defragging your harddrive, reinstalling the beta, etc. I've had problems with the beta crashing and lagging too, with a completely different system.
