Dual boot on Win 7 with SSD and 3 HDs

I have a Dell XPS 8300 which I added a Crucial M-4 256 GB SSD to, with a 2 TB HD. Now my old system's motherboard died and I would like to know if it is possible to have dual boot on this system so that one boot uses the SSD for my video editing, and the second boot uses my other two drives for my "Normal Configuration" of all my previously installed programs. Both systems were using Win 7 Home Professional. I am just trying to figure out the best way to do this, with the hopeful possibility that I do not have to reinstall all my old programs and use up all my SSD space with the OS.

Can someone guide me on what they think are my best options?

Thanks in advance,
Jess

Thanks Alexoiu. I tried, but as expected, it would not boot because of the drivers. I now am faced with either replacing the MB on my old system, or updating to a new system. So I will probably bite the bullet and buy a new system. The bad part is getting all my programs reinstalled. This is the part that I hate. I have all my data backed up, so that is not the problem. I looked at PC mover, but am not sure if it really works as advertised. So I'm shopping online today to see what kind of system I can get/build as a replacement.
