Hey guys, I plan on buying a new video card and I need some help with that.

So, I have recently bought a decent PC for like 150$, coming up with 2 GB ddr2 kingston ram, AMD Athlon x2 64 5400 (2 x 2,7GHz), Geforce 7050m as a motherboard and an ATi HD5450 GDDR3 1024mb video card. It also has an ATX12v 400r supply with a power of 400W and and a hard disk of like 360GB.

Since I am playing some 2004~2011 games on it and I want to get better performance I have put on aim an Nvidia GTX 260 896mb DDR3 216 SP for around 70$, because of the low price, high performance and because I am an Nvidia fan. I am very short on budget, and as I am getting a video card I am going to get another 2 GB kingston for around 40$ to stack it up to 4GB and make sure the CPU and RAM amount won't bottleneck it too hard.

So my question is, would the GTX260 be compatible with the Geforce 7050m motherboard and work fine on a 400W PSU?
Thanks for the time taken and help in advance!!
