Windows 7 won't recognise password for log in even though correct. Cannot remember Administrator Password. Not geeky. Help!

Many thanks for your suggestion. I may give it a go, but I am a bit reluctant to try as I have not had any luck with other solutions, probably because I am doing them wrong...

I am using a wireless keyboard and mouse, but am having difficulty getting access to anything on the computer due to the password problem. I have a tech guy looking at it now and wil let you know what results.
