Connecting 2 fans to molex

For some reason i try to plug in 2 fans with molex to the GPU but i can only get 1 fan to run. Do i need to use a fan controller?

Can you possibly be a little more specific? I dont really understand this question.

So I connect 2 fans to my PSU molex but when I boot my computer only one fan spins. sorry i said gpu.

They both should spin. Maybe wobble one of the molex connectors.
