I would like to ask for a good setup of CPU which will make me reach an average of 60fps on almost all of the new games today on 1080p resolution.

My current CPU set has INNO3d GTX 650 and an intel i5 3330 and my board is an ASUS B75 mLE with a 4gig corsair vengeance. Playing it on a 18.5 samsung LED monitor which gives me 1366x768 of resolution

I just build this one as an Entry level gaming rig, and right now I have a very handful knowledge about overclocking or let's say I'm so newbie at all... :)

well your current cpu should get you 60fps in most games. your problem is your gpu certainly will not. Get a new gpu, should fix your problem.

I suggest getting a GTX 760, solid card for 1080p. Or a 7970 for 50 bucks more.

Agree that is the only way you are going to get even close to 60fps in most new games. The GTX 650 is just not going to cut it as it is a low end card.

thanks for the answer guys, well getting GTX 760 is one of my choice if I have to upgrade my gpu or maybe the gtx 660 ti sli setup, as of now using this gtx 650 on diablo 3 i've reach max 60 fps vsync on maximum settings but when all the effect are on the screen it drops to a 28-30 fps.

another thing is that i want to overclock the processor hehe just want to explore more

You won't be able to overclock your CPU much, as it is locked.

And you really only need a 760, don't even look at the 660 Ti. If you want to SLI, just SLI two 760s.

he can overclock his turbo to a point. up to like 3.9 or 4.0 ghz or so... that will give him a little pop.

The boost clock of the i5 3330 is 3.2 GHz, so if I remember correctly, that's the highest the multiplier can be set. Then you can raise the BCLK a bit.

Actually, the CPU is the only one that is going to prevent 60 FPS. The GPU is only an issue if you are unwilling to lower graphical settings, but there are generally no settings to lower CPU usage.

The i5 3330 is relatively close to the 3570k, (different clock speeds) so I wouldn't see any bottlenecks there, to the OP, again I would suggest the 7970 or wait for the 280x if you wanted to play the games on high-max settings.

I think "Ihog" is right, i can't even raise my multiplier over 30.. it says 16-32 on cpu id and when i check it on my bios using B75 M-LE mobo it has only 30 multiplier, it has no option for BCLK. :)

definitely i'm eying on GTX 760, so any suggestion for a good part of mother and processor for this one on SLI options? :)

You want a new mobo and CPU? What's your combined budget for the two?
