Geforce 560ti upgrade

Hello. I was thinking it was time for a visual upgrade, but i am unsure as to what gpu i should chose. I currently have Geforce 560ti. I am uncertain of what i need to look for in a gpu. Will it fit my motherboard? ( ASUSTeK Computer INC, Maximus IV GENE-Z) and if i have a strong enough power supply and cpu. Any tips?
