This is My PC Config:
-> Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB RAM,
-> Intel DH67 CL Motherboard
-> Intel Core i5-2500K (2nd Generation) 3.30 Ghz
-> Graphic Card: Forsa Geforce 9500GT 1 GB
-> HDD: 2
vWindows 7 Ultimate

-> Cabinet: iBall i6363
Supply: iBall LPE/LPS 223-400 (250 W) power supply.
Dimensions: 15.9 x 6.8 x 15.7 inches (H x W x D)

Before i used to easily play games like fifa 11, prototype, Call of duty.. all in HQ...

But after changing my Cabinet and mother board..I am getting blue screen of death... FIFA 11 keeps on hanging.. and it shows-> "Display Driver has stopped responding & has recovered" message... Even games like NFS Most wanted is hanging now.

I think it maybe because of the PSU..
which one is the best buy..under and around 4,000 Rs.
And would I be able to put that PSU in the same above mentioned model of my PC Cabinet.

& If there is problems with the Graphic Card also..which Graphic Card do you guys suggest me to buy that would match my config.. Under 8,000 Rs which can run all the latest games with ease in the best settings

Please Please help me.

For now I recommend to buy the GPU HD7750 and the seasonic 400W PSU. If you want you can get the seasonic 500w for further to upgrade the GPU, because 1) the HD7750 only need 400W PSU to run the system, and the GPU is enter-level, 2) the i5 can pair a very good GPU, if you upgrade the GPU at that time you need better PSU too. And that 500W PSU can power the GPU up to like HD 7970.

Thanks mate,
But what i am asking is.. Is my Graphic Card the real problem or its my PSU?
Which one should i buy to fix the problem?
Aint a Forsa Geforce 9500GT 1 GB good enough to run decent games?

and what could be causing "Display Driver has stopped responding & has recovered" messages?

If you still use the same GPU and that PSU, then it is the PSU, because 250W can't power the whole system, that why you got error.
Also the 9500GT is not real GPU for the game, I know you can set the low display resolution. And it is real bottleneck your CPU.
