So, I am currently building a PC with these specs:

Processor: Intel i5 3570K 3.4GHz Quad Core
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H ATX LGA1155
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3-1600 2x4GB
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i Water Cooling (Might switch to Hyper 212 Evo)
Storage: Plextor M5S Series 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
Seagate 2TB 7200RPM SATA III 3.5" Hard Drive
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 760 2GB Video Card
Case Fan: Corsair Fan Series AF120 2x (Performance Version)
OS: Windows 8 (Not Pro Version)
Case: Fractal Design R4 (Black Pearl) Mid ATX Tower [Subject to change]
PSU: Corsair Professional 750W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply // FSP Aurum CM AU-750M 750W 80 Plus Gold

Also, according to the system specs, how many watts do you guys think I will need? I want to be able to Overclock GPU, CPU and probably RAM.

Thanks for your feedback and please ignore any formatting mistakes as this is my first post :D

The psu you chose would work just fine (maybe a bit overkill) but allows for future expansion (if you sli or get a bigger card). depending how much you're paying a 500W psu would be the minimum i'd run, and 600-650W would be the sweet spot. But if you're getting a deal with that 750W psu jump on it and get it.
