MSI Z87-G45 vs. ASUS Crosshair V Formula-z rog

Hey peeps I am wondering what gaming pc-build I should choose.
My two choices are:

AMD:
ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z ROG - PCIe 2.0
Amd FX-8350
G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x4 GB, 1866 MHz
SAPPHIRE HD 6870 1024 MB GDDR5 TOXIC - I have already bought this GPU
Corsair Obsidian 750D
... and some other parts...

INTEL:
MSI Z87-G45 - PCI 3.0
Intel I7-4770K
G.Skill Ripjaws-X 2x4 GB, 1866 MHz
SAPPHIRE HD 6870 1024 MB GDDR5 TOXIC - I have already bought this GPU
Corsair Obsidian 750D
... and some other parts...

In the end the price is about the same, (In Denmark where I live). Which one should I choose.

Why the MSI board on the Intel solution? Pick an Asus as well, and you don't need an i7 if it is for gaming, you can get the i5 without loosing almost no performance...
That way I would pick the Intel solution.

Yeah I know that but good point. But if you should choose between these two??

Think others sum it up nicely, Intel and Asus, I won't touch MSI mobos due to the poor QC, the Hero would be my choice (and was my choice, have my 4770K at 4.6 on a Hero, if budget plays in, then might look to the Gryphon or even down to the Z87-Plus, all are good mobos that will make a gaming a pleasure
