i have a pc with the following specs=
mobo=intel DG41WV(pci-e 1.1x16)
ram=2 gb ddr3
gfx=geforce 210(31 watts max power draw)
1 hard disk 250 gb seagate
psu=350w non branded without 6 pin
1=the asus gtx 650-e does not need an auxiliary power connector and draws its power from 75 watt pci-e slot.
2=if i add the gtx 650-e to it .will this cause any high load to the psu?

More about : 350 watt local psu branded asus gtx 650

That is likely a lower quality, older PSU. As such, it may work for a while, but long term stability and reliability may be an issue. I would suggest you replace the PSU soon as well.

Otherwise, the chosen GPU is a good, low-power required, choice.

could you type the specs of your psu, what im looking for is the numbers under "12V" it should say something like "10A" or something along those lines, then we can do some simple math to figure out if its enough.

I wouldn't even think about putting those GPU in that PSU.
It's not worth it. Invest in a decent PSU.
Do not neglect PSU's or you could end up with nothing to play with.
Do yourself a favor.
