I just bought a new note book acer V5, using windows 8 and it was functioning properly for the first few weeks. Then all of sudden i cant seem to gain access to the net. Theres no internet access for IPv4 and IPv6. I have restarting both through command promt but still its the same as it shows limited internet connection and im very sure it has nothing to do with my router. Can you give me a solution for this problem?
