hy i want to find out whether my motherboard can support sata port or not.I want to buy a new SSD which is only compatible with SATA port supported motherboard.Also can i use both SSD and hdd on my system?

I would look to clone your 120 GB HDD to your 120 GB SDD. Then remove the 120 GB HDD and install the 1TB HDD. Your system power should be sufficient for this operation.

This system is 4 years old i m nt quite sure if i add 1TB HDD and 120 gbSDD with my 120GB HDD, would it b too much load for my power supply?or do i need to upgrade my power supply?

thnx i will do this but is theee anyway to safely transfer your entire windows frm 120HDD TO 120 SDD without installing the new windows 8 on SSD?
