GA-G31M-ES2C with gtx480-460?

Hi every one I have a GA-G31M-ES2C mobo and I want to upgrade my gpu to gtx 480 or460, so does it work?, also my cpu is core 2 duo e7200@2.5ghz will it bottleneck those cards or not?

You can go with any of them, but I suggest you go with the GTX 460. The GTX 480 model is hot and your CPU isn't the best for that GPU.

Or maybe take a look of new generations, GTX 560..GTX 650...
