we need to install a computer on a small boat (18') it need to be somewhat weather protected. It doesnt necessarily need to be waterproof since it will go under the dashboard, but just something that will be able to handle being on a boat.
I dont know if this means a custom build using a particularly durable case, or if some brands make computers with extra durability in mind.
It will need to have decent power, windows 7, intel i7, 4 or more gb ram, basic graphics capability. It is to run our survey software as well as maybe a basic version of autoCAD.
