I am looking to enhance my current pc setup. I have a gigabyte 945gzm s2 FS 6 1066 DDR2 PCI-E motherboard. My current processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 2Gh bus 800, s775, 2 MB. My RAM is a Kingmax KLDD48F-B8KY6 PGE ( DDR 2 - 800 -1GB). The Gfx card is obsolete. It is an ATI Radeon X1550 (128Mb).
I have read that a AMD/ATI HD 7750 HDMI OC Edition 1 GB GDDR5 would perform nicely, but i am not quite sure if it is compatible with my motherboard. Could you please help me out? I would also be grateful if you could sugest what RAM could i use to enhance this setup (should i just buy another one like that to fill in the secoond slot? ) is a processor upgrade recommended? If so please point me out in the right direction.
PS: Gfx card budget is at around 100$ Total setup budget is at around 200 -250$
