Need help with $3000-$4000 budget gaming computer!

I'm looking for a setup that could run most games maxed on three monitors. More specifically, a computer that could record minecraft with shaders mod installed. This budget does not need keyboard, mouse, monitors, or os. Just the computer itself. Thanks!

I agree with Jed 70. Here is a hypothetical build where you could do what you desire to do. I've left out the video card because you can wait for the new AMD cards for that and then apply another 600-700 dollars to the build. Also, you could just add a capture card to and that would help stream. But yea wait on the graphics card for multi monitor support AMD is supreme although you do need a Display port active monitor or adapter to run eyefinity.
