Me and my friend have spent the past year talking computers and I finally think I got my shopping list set.

I don't really plan on OCing and if I was it would only be .2-.5 more.
I'm using this rig mainly for gaming and internet.

For gaming an i7 is unnecessary. With Haswell out, it makes more sense to pick up a Haswell CPU anyways.

You can still get a 750 or 850 watt PSU, it's just you're paying a lot for the PSU compared to the rest of your build.

I'm sticking with the 3770K
Also forgot to mention that >.< I'm going to use a EVGA GTX 670 FTW edition
and I want the extra wattage just in case i SLI in the future

For gaming I would drop the CPU down to a i5 3570K. Unless you really want to worry about games stuttering and having to shut off Hyperthreading in the BIOS turning that i7 into a i5 anyway. Some games do not perform correctly with HT because they do not work correctly with the 4 fake cores of the i7. For other task the i7 is great but for gaming not so much. But hey it is your money so go for what you want.
