Hello
Is FX 8320 good for next-gen's game ?
Or a i5 4670K would be better?

And the last question: Sabertooth 990 fx REV2 is a good mother board for overclock (4,5ghz) ? Or another mother board is better for the same price (or lower)?
True spirit 140 or noctua NH-U12P-SE2 ? What is the best?

Thank you. (Sorry for my bad english)

The overclock fx with the 7970 should hold over quite well assuming future games utilize more cores, but for cost being u going with the 8320, stick with the amd and the sabertooth should get near 4.5 no problem if the cpu can reach that freq and is a good quality board.

For the cooler im not sure if u can find the true spirit anywhere at least in the US, but the noctua is prob a good choice, reviews show under 60c for a 4.6ghz i5

The FX-8320 is a good choice for gaming. The i5-4670K is a faster CPU but not worth paying the extra money because there will be no difference in gaming that you will be able to see. Never mind an HD 7970, I run two HD 7870XTs in crossfire and my FX-8350 doesn't bottleneck them at all. I'm running with more GPU power than an nVidia GTX Titan and the HD 7970 is almost laughable in comparison to the Titan. You'll be just fine with the FX-8320.
