Cheapest place to buy Windows 7?

I just ordered all of the parts for my new pc (first time building) and was under the assumption windows would be like 50 bucks... I go to wal-mart and its like $200... whoops... Therefore I went way over my budget

is there any place to get it cheaper? Maybe I was looking at the wrong thing?
