Hi. I have this motherboard http://www.game-debate.com/motherboard/index.php?mot_id=563&motherboard=Acer%20Predator%20G3610 and i want to upgrade to this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130687. I¨m only swapping the motherboard and still using same CPU and GPU. My CPU is i7 3770 and GPU amd hd 7870. I have one SSD where windows 7 OEM is installed and one 1tb HD. Can i swap mobo without losing any files and use the same windows 7 OEM ? thanks

You will definitely have to re-install Windows however, the big problem is that Windows OEM licenses are tied to a motherboard. You can try calling Microsoft and having them reset the key for you, but this is not guaranteed to work.

Well, it is best that you re-install all the software (including Windows), the safest thing to do is re-install. It may work without re-installing, but you might have some mysterious problems.
