Looks solid to me. My only thought would be that you might be cutting it a little close on the PSU if you plan to do some moderate overclocking. I would feel a lot more comfortable with a 500-550W unit.

Yeah, that's the only thing I forgot to change in this build. But changing that brought the price up a bit, but still pretty good. :)
