Need to create a Secured dedicated server ? suggest me with requirements ?

Well as far as hardware requirements go it depends on how much you will be doing. If its a LOT of traffic going though the server give it a good high end CPU (An i7 or a Xeon E3 Series) and a good 8 gigs of ram at least. if there is going to be a lot of storage maybe get some 15k SAS drives and get a SAS controller or find a motherboard that has SAS on it already (A lot of server type motherboards that run a Xeon CPU will have an onboard SAS connector and controller) If speed is the issue but not the space get some SSD's.
As far as software goes again depends on what your doing. That will show if you need more of a Linux or Windows server.
