UPDATE: The Verizon technician was able to fix the issue.
I recently upgraded my FiOS internet speed and decided to upgrade my old router to their new one, as recommended. I installed the new one and the internet light was amber instead of green. All the other connected lights were on and green.
Here is where it gets confusing. It either displays as Network 2 or Network 3 on the PC. Both are connected but on 2, I can only log into the router. The internet does not work. On 3, I can no longer log into the router but the internet works, but only on the main PC. It still does not work on any other devices.
I called Verizon but they seem clueless beyond turning the router on and off or resetting it, which only switches between Network 2 or 3 or stops it from working altogether.
All the lights remain on and the same color no matter what.
I am at a loss. Verizon wants to send a technician but I'm not sure it is physical. Because everything was working fine before but now my old router has the same problem, so it is not the hardware.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
