I am currently stuck with a Windows 7 that came with my computer and is bound to my old MB, I have since bought a new one and need a new OS to run my computer. I am unsure which to purchase to fix my problem

8 PRO OEM for system builder, no longer bound to the motherboard and can be used again as long as it is only on a single machine at a time.
