I am considering to build a new pc, and my budget is around one-thousand dollars. I don't want the most dirt cheap piece of junk hardware so that I can get a beefy graphics card however. Here are my criteria: Must be an intel build, have a GTX 770, include the price of Windows 7, and have a reliable case and PSU. I am a little flexible on the budget but to an extent- no $1500 configs please.
