GTX 770 on 550W PSU?

I want to upgrade my GTX 660ti to a GTX 770. The only problem is that I have a 550W power supply and a 600W is recommended for a 770. Do you think a 550W will be enough for a 770?

The card states 600 watts so you will be close but.. You may be pushing your system a little to far just my 2 cents maybe a 650 or 700 watt power supply will give you a bit of room to grow. But then again I am running 3 hard drives 1 ssd drive to burners and a 7950 on a lonely 530 watt from raid max and its all good but time will tell.

575watts http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm not meaning quality PSU like the XFX 550 which has more than enough power on the +12 volt alone.

so long as you dont have an oc'd 8350 paired with it, you will be fine.

That is total system load with overclocked I7 3960X on X79 board!!! You will be fine, Recommendations are based on Crapper Master, Dynex and Logisys PSU's.
