Hello everyone. 1st Thank you for you time in reading this post. My current rig specs are as follows:
Motherboard
Asus P8Z77-V LK
CPU
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz 40% Oc to 4.5Ghz
CPU Cooler
CoolerMaster N520
GPU
Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 4GB GDDR5 WindForce 3X OC Edition
RAM/Memory
16GB GDDR3 Ripjaws @1600Mhz
Operating System
Win 7 Ultimate 64Bit
Hard Drive
Toshiba MQ01ABD100 1TB
Monitor (Widescreen Gaming 5760x1080)
3x Acer 23inch
1920 x 1080 (Width x Height)
Power Supply Unit
OCZ Silencer Mk II 950W

Now on to my issue: With all these new nextgen games coming out soon & new systems i.e. PS4 and XBOXone, I'm feeling as if my machine will be inadequate to run these new games as I currently play on Very High to Ultra settings @ 60FPS. I literally just got this video card about a month ago. Would I really need to upgrade at this point to get decent/max performance out of nextgen games? :pfff:
Here is a link to my rig I posted on youtube when I finished building my rig:

Any thoughts on comments here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again. -Gunzblazin

The GTX 770 is a good card, you won't be needing to upgrade anytime soon, I'd say 2 years. And when the "time" comes, you could easily overclock the card and/or add another GTX 770 for almost double the performance your getting now. At that time the 770 will cost significantly less. Don't worry about the "Next-Gen" systems they are still on 720p lawl, and have a GPU similar to a 7850. Basically, they are already outdated and never will keep up with PC.

Please tell me you're joking...you have no reason to be concerned...the PS4 has a combined CPU and GPU, the CPU is a slow 1.6Ghz CPU with 8 cores, the GPU is the equivalent of an HD7850 video card. Your GTX770 beats the crap out of the HD7850 lol! Also, the 4.5Ghz CPU that you have beats the crap out of the 1.6Ghz Jaguar CPU that both PS4 and XboxOne are using. Plus, the XboxOne has a worse GPU than the PS4...so no...these "next gen" consoles are way underpowered when compared to current PCs. The CPU that they use is designed for netbooks with low power requirements.
