I just build this new computer, for about 3 weeks now. It usually functions just fine, but sometimes I completely freeze up, and become completely irresponsive, and if I was to use the restart button on the case, it would not boot back on, it would just cycling on and off. it goes on for a about a second, the fan turns on, then go off. Then it randomly works for a few days and it occurs again. I tried a new power supply, but the problem still persist

Its either your PSU is not giving out enough power or you don't have the required amount of RAM. Please post a little bit more specifications.
