I had the same problem, almost the same setup. What somewhat solved it for me was updating the catalyst control center to beta v 9.2, and I also went out and bought a PSU that was crossfire certified. If you have problems installing the latest beta drivers, make sure to install the latest .net framework first, that gave my problems for a week :)

you might not need to but its a good way to. ensure that isnt the problem. im using a corsair rm650, where before a had a cheap 700w. even though the wattage went down, its enough for 2 7870s while increasing the amperage to the cards, so even though it seems counterrintuitive to spend more for seemingly less I would say to make sure to get a really solid psu. its what is sending power to each component so its important.

I know this thread is kinda old, but when I crossfire HD5850's or a 5870+5850 my hit detection in BF4 is horrid, top it off micro stutter. But with a single card (5850 or just the 5870) my hit detection is spot on. Anyone else notice this? this is on low and high settings. But even 1 card 40fps feels like 80fps , both card 100FPS feels like 20FPS, only in this game though.
