I just built my first PC ever, and I plan on overclocking the CPU and the GPU. However I have not gotten my internet installed yet. I did use the discs that came with the hardware to install some drivers and software, but my question is: will it negatively affect my overclocks if I do it now as apposed to doing it when I get my internet and do all of the current Windows 7 updates and what not?
What do you guys think. Should I wait or can I start overclocking right now as the computer sits with drivers from just the hardware discs
