I finished my build a few days ago (i5 4670k, Windows 7, HD 7950...) and everything seemed to be running well, then all of a sudden I get screen flickering while browsing web pages. It appears to be mainly when scrolling up and down on a page.
I haven't had much time to try games, but Planetside 2 on ultra appears to be running fine without issues.
Also, as I'm typing this it is lagging behind the words I'm typing, as in I've typed five words and they don't show up then all pop in at once. Is that a video or processor issue?
Any comments on what's going on? I only have five more days before I have to submit my MIR and loose RMA with newegg.
