hello all i know this might sound dumb but im looking to get an older pre IOS pre Android personal digital assitant just for fun and to just toy around with when im bored.but since the last pda i had was a pal zire series pda im out of the loop.i know there are better newer ones like the ipad and such but i kinda miss having a pda to just goof around with when im bored id prefer a PDA that supports java based games but not a requirement i would like one tha allows the use of memory expansion as i know most pda's from back in the day didnt have much inernal memory compaired to todays stuff also i would prefer a decent color screen and a top of the line processor for back in the day so list me some decent pda's please i was considering maybe a palm life drive but idk thanjks

BTW i would prefer a device with a user replaceable battery

After doing a quick refresher I would say the Palm Treo 755p is probably one of the last PDAs that was released. The later versions started running Windows Mobile and then of course Palm ended the Treo line in favor of the Pre smartphone. Where to draw the line between PDA and smartphone is tough to say, but I would say the Treo 755p fits the bill for a "classic" PDA and probably one of the best ones that was made.
