2400mhz ram compatibility

i am geting the i7 4770k cpu and Asus Maximus VI Formula motherboard and i was wondering if the Corsair Dominator Platinum Series — 16GB (4 x 4GB) Dual/Quad Channel DDR3 DRAM 2400MHz C10 Memory Kit would work with these parts, Thanks

Yes 2400MHz memory works with that MoBo.
With CPU Id not use so fast memory.
1600MHz Cl 9, 9 , 9 ,9 , 24 1.5V is better choice.
Not much more performance boost with 2400MHz memory.
Maybe 1-2% in some benchmarks. So it is not worth so much money.
