mobos you need look how they perform in reviews.
Not much difference how they perform. So maybe best look connectors and other stuff that you need. Pci-e and sata + usb ports how much you need them. Most important is maybe do you need SLI or CF support.

Memory is good if it is 1600MHz 1.5V for intel. And timings Cl 9, 9, 9 ,9 , 24 or better. (lower value is better) Amd cpu can use 1.65V memory.
Intel is not good with high voltage memory. Intel cpu supports only 1.5V +- 5%
