I am building new gaming pc. I cant wait right now for October 15 for AMD release.. GPU will be used with single monitor 1080p.
I want the gpu to run most of the coming next-gen games flawlessly. And i don't know with what to go.

Here is the options:
1. Buy gtx 780 and after half a year when price go down buy another one for sli.
2. Buy gtx 770 now and after AMD r9 series release, sell it and buy r9 290x
3. Buy gtx 770 and later that year buy another one for sli

Or some of your suggestions

Don't buy yet. Be patient. Wait for the release of AMD R9 series then get it.

Of course, the 780 is the best option out of the three.

If you are going to do #2 and buy a GPU now only to sell it when the new AMD card comes out, you are going to lose the most money doing this. If your PC has an integrated GPU, you might as well use it and play your games in medium or low in 720p until you get the 290x.

What CPU and motherboard are you getting? If it is a newer Intel with the HD 4xxx graphics, you'd be surprised what games you can play on it. If it were me, I would do that and wait until the "Titan killer" is unleashed into the wild.

I am going with Asus Maximus VI Hero and i5 4670k
