I have a WDC 500GB Hard drive on my rig and one time when I pressed the restart button because the computer ran slow, an error on the BIOS appeared. It says "Pri Master SMART Hard Drive status BAD Backup and replace. Then I turned off the SMART in the BIOS setup because the error keeps appearing every time I boot the computer. Then I used the computer for a couple of hours (two hours, I guess). Then an error in Windows appeared, saying I have to backup and replace my hard drive.

After reading a lot of forums on how to fix this, they to download a diagnostic tool of the manufacturer of the hard drive to see if this problem really exist because SMART is not 100% accurate.

I ran the diagnostic tool of WDC and I cannot run the QUICK TEST. I didn't finish the extended test because It was taking too long. I saw the values of the SMART and everything was okay except for re-allocated sector count. The values are: ID=5, Value=133, Threshold=140, Worst=133, and Warranty=1.

Should I worry or should I buy a new HDD? Can my HDD be repaired?

Alec,
you have been warned by bios, by windows and the WD utility says your hdd is bad. What's the question now? Yes, you should be worried and backup your data, because you already lost a lot of it. And no, your hard drive can not be repaired! You need to replace it.
